Service terms and disclaimer

Version 2026-09-13-v2

Customer authorization

Customer agrees that Time Machine Spa may evaluate the watch and the requested services. This request does not mean that Time Machine Spa has accepted the work. Final scope and price require Customer approval, and Customer must wait for written acceptance and shipping instructions before sending the watch.

Inspection and service limits

Customer agrees that inspection may identify existing wear, damage, missing parts, prior repairs, or other conditions not visible from the request. Time Machine Spa is an independent service operation; its work is not authentication, appraisal, manufacturer certification, or a guarantee of future condition. Customer-supplied parts require compatibility review.

What a dry pressure test does—and does not—show

Customer agrees that any dry pressure test is a limited test of the watch in the condition received and only records the result at the time of testing. It is not a guarantee of water resistance, suitability for swimming, bathing, showering, or diving, or performance after the test. Time Machine Spa is not responsible for water intrusion or related damage arising from ordinary wear, aging or deterioration of seals or gaskets, an open or improperly secured crown or pusher, impact, heat or steam, chemicals, exposure to water, service or alteration by others, or any change after testing. Customer should keep the watch away from water unless Time Machine Spa expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Shipping and payment

Do not ship before acceptance. Payment is currently requested only when work is complete and ready to return.
