When do I pay?

Payment is due when work is complete and ready to return. We accept offline methods such as cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. The portal records instructions and status but does not process payment.

How do I get the shipping address?

Submit and verify your request. If accepted, the private shipping address appears inside your authenticated order portal.

Can I send my own parts?

Yes, subject to compatibility review. Describe each supplied part during intake and wait for confirmation before shipping.

Do you replace crystals or polish rehauts?

Yes. Rehaut polishing is $50, and crystal replacement is $40 plus the cost of the crystal (free if you add rehaut polishing). Neither service is available on Submariners, Yachtmasters, or GMTs. Include the exact watch and requested work so we can confirm fit.

What does the Ultimate Package include, and does it save money?

The Ultimate Package includes everything in the Basic Spa Package plus bracelet and case chamfering, brushing, and polishing. Bundled together the two packages are $285 with return shipping included, versus $315 if bought separately.

Can I get dry pressure testing without a full package?

Yes. Dry pressure testing alone is $25, and it can also be added to any package. The full Waterproofing Package, which includes all waterproofing operations with printed dry tester results, is $75.

Do you overhaul movements?

Full movement overhauls are not currently offered. Describe the issue and we can advise whether it is in scope.

Do you accept international orders?

The initial portal is configured for US orders only until shipping and insurance responsibilities are finalized.
